As noted in our Ofsted inspection report (February 2024)
"Published outcomes for 2023 do not reflect the progress that current pupils now make through the curriculum. This is because pupils who have just left the school were not at the school long enough to benefit fully from effective improvements to the curriculum and teaching made more recently."
Summary of School Outcomes for 2023-24
In the Early Years Foundation Stage (Reception) 47% of children secured a good level of development.
In Phonics, 46% of children passed the phonic screening assessment in Year 1 and 73% passed the test by the end of Year 2.
Year 4 Multiplication Tables Test - 77% of children achieved the expected standard
At the end of Key Stage 2 (Year 6);
- 70% of the children achieved the expected standard in Reading with 21% achieving greater depth
- 73% of the children achieved the expected standard in Writing with 21% achieving greater depth
- 62% of the children achieved the expected standard in Maths with 14% achieving greater depth
- 46% of our children achieved the expected level in Reading, Writing and Mathematics combined with 8% achieving greater depth.

In the Early Years Foundation Stage (Reception) 55% of children secured a good level of development.
In Phonics, 50% of children passed the phonic screening assessment in Year 1 and 90% passed the test by the end of Year 2.
At the end of Key Stage 1 (Year 2);
- 55% of the children achieved the expected standard in Reading
- 30% of the children achieved the expected standard in Writing
- 75% of the children achieved the expected standard in Maths
Year 4 Multiplication Tables Test - 72% of children achieved the expected standard
At the end of Key Stage 2 (Year 6) our results showed improvement on last years outcomes but are still not at national standards.
- 70% of the children achieved the expected standard in Reading with 30% achieving greater depth
- 67% of the children achieved the expected standard in Writing with 14% achieving greater depth
- 65% of the children achieved the expected standard in Maths with 12% achieving greater depth
- 52% of our children achieved the expected level in Reading, Writing and Mathematics combined with 7% achieving greater depth.
