Meet the Team

Hi, I'm a Canadian living and working in England for the past 22 years. I love travel and have been to many countries around the world.

I'm a musician, singer songwriter and rock climber and work as an outdoor instructor when I'm not in school teaching: abseiling, archery and bushcraft amongst other activities.

I'm currently training as a Forest School Leader and my favourite years to teach are Reception and KS 1.

I look forward to meeting you and getting to know the children in my class!

Hi, I am Mrs Shaw I'm really looking forward to welcoming the Early Years children into school and helping them to develop over the coming year.

When I'm not in school I enjoy spending time with my family , walking the dog and watching live music.

My name is Mrs Begum, I have been working at SMSG for the last 7 years and have recently taken the role of being a teaching assistant. I enjoy working with children and creating a safe environment for them to learn in.

My hobbies include reading, cooking, and going on walks when I get the chance.
