Job Description: This role will include helping Judy with the allotment and keeping our school grounds looking neat and tidy.

SMSG Playground Friends
Job Description: To be available for lunchtime duties when required, arranging cover if unable to be on duty. Ensure all lunchtime boxes are taken to the hall, or outdoors if weather permitting. Model positive behaviour at all times, whilst supporting younger children to play well together. Encourage communication, taking turns, fairness, being patient and listening to others. Look out for children who may be lonely and try to include them in activities. Keep yourself and others safe, involving lunchtime supervisors on duty if problems are encountered.
We are looking for: Pupils with a friendly, approachable manner who are able to listen, be patient and have the ability to respect others and support them. It is essential that the successful applicants, must be able to work as part of a team.

School Council Representatives
Job Description: The role will involve you working with other children in your class. You will discuss their ideas and concerns and then share them at School Council Meetings. You will need to attend meetings every half term and be confident to share ideas with other members of the group.

SMSG School Librarians
Job Description: The role will include tidying and relabelling books in the library under the direction of Mrs Berryman or Mrs Titchmarsh. As part of the role you will be asked to inspire reading in KS1at South site and Year 3 at North site by becoming a reading buddy. This will mean spending 15 minutes, twice a week in year 1 and reading with selected children.

SMSG Class Ambassadors
Job Description: Daily collection and delivery of notes and messages from the office, classroom organisation to help class teacher. Pupils will also be expected to organise class house points.
What we are looking for: Pupils who can model outstanding behaviour, leading by example and supporting other pupils. Pupils who can talk about the learning that’s happening in the class and introduce their class to visitors.
